Queens Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd  has separate billing sections that are responsible to prepare your bill received and adjust your bill. You have right to know the update the last amount of bill at any time. Billing department also inform you proactively about your last outstanding.

Admission Counseling:

Customer care department consult with patient regarding hospital admission, related consultant, admission procedure, probable bill, patient right and patient responsibilities. In need they will arrange meeting with doctors or consultant.
